Aria Black Car Service LLC ("Aria Black Car Service") operates ariablackcarservice.com and book.ariablackcarservice.com. This policy describes how we handle information used to provide transportation and reservation communications.

Information we collect and use

We collect the contact and trip information you provide when booking or contacting us, including your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination, travel date, flight details, and special requests. We use it to arrange transportation, send booking confirmations, coordinate pickups, respond to requests, and maintain reservation records. Payment information is processed through our payment provider to complete your booking.

Service providers and information sharing

We do not sell personal data. We provide the trip and contact information needed by assigned chauffeurs and service providers to fulfill your ride, process payments, and deliver reservation communications. We may disclose information when required by law.

All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share SMS opt-in data or consent with affiliates or third parties, including for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent and your choices

SMS enrollment is optional and separate from booking. We record your affirmative opt-in, its time, and its source. A phone number entered for a reservation is not, by itself, consent to receive texts. Customers who opt in receive reservation confirmations, changes, pickup reminders, and chauffeur details, up to 5 messages per reservation. No marketing texts are sent through this program.
