These terms apply to transportation services and the reservation messaging program operated by Aria Black Car Service LLC ("Aria Black Car Service"). Our official website is ariablackcarservice.com; our booking website is book.ariablackcarservice.com.

Transportation services

By booking with Aria Black Car Service you agree to our cancellation policy: 24+ hours notice for full refund. Quoted rates are base fares; a 20% standard gratuity, 8.87% NYS sales tax, and 3.5% card processing fee are itemized at checkout. Chauffeurs wait 60 minutes complimentary at airports.

Aria reservation text messages

When you choose to receive texts, Aria Black Car Service sends reservation confirmations and changes, pickup reminders, and chauffeur, vehicle, and arrival details. This program does not send marketing or promotional texts. Chauffeurs who separately consent to operational texts may receive ride assignments and dispatch updates.

Optional consent

On our booking form, SMS consent is a separate checkbox that starts unchecked. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. You may complete your booking without agreeing to SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Only opt in with a number you own or are authorized to use. See our SMS program and consent explanation.

Frequency and charges

Customers may receive up to 5 messages per reservation. Chauffeur operational message frequency varies with assignments. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about charges.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent through this program unless you opt in again. You can opt in again by replying START. Reply HELP for assistance, call (888) 402-8202, or email info@ariablackcarservice.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel a reservation; contact us to change or cancel your ride.

Delivery and privacy

Message delivery depends on your mobile network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For time-sensitive pickup assistance, call us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and protect SMS opt-in data and consent.
